User Accounts

Media Release (Optional)

If you opt in, you grant SkillTweak and Kristine Stepanovich a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs and video excerpts submitted through the Services, or captured during coaching sessions, in SkillTweak's marketing materials — including the SkillTweak website and social media accounts. We will never include the athlete's full name, gym name, or contact information without separate written permission, and we will never sell or license the media to third parties. For athletes under 18, this permission may only be granted by a parent or legal guardian. You may withdraw this permission at any time by emailing privacy@skilltweak.com; withdrawal applies going forward and we will remove the media from our active channels within 30 days, though it may persist in previously printed materials or archived posts we no longer control.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and SkillTweak.com regarding the Website and the Services, and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
